The Role
In this brand-new Sales Director/ Chief Revenue Officer position, you will be responsible for managing an existing and expanding sales team, based out of Sydney and operating across the APAC region.
This is a hybrid, player/manager-style sales leadership role, partly responsible for personally managing a portfolio of our client’s largest and most lucrative accounts in the APAC region… with the majority of the role being responsible for managing and growing an experienced team of both Vendor and Member focused sales personnel.
The role is a very proactive one, focused on growth with a large portfolio of digital marketing solutions including Partner Membership Programs, Thought Leadership, Event Sponsorship, Digital Display Advertising, Research and Content Sponsorship and Demand Generation/ Lead Generation solutions – all targeting the IT/ Technology vertical.
The Candidate
We are keen to speak to experienced, hands-on sales leaders – ideally with experience in the world of Digital Marketing, Advertising, Lead/ Demand Generation, MarTech, Partner Membership or Event related solutions.
You will have experience driving growth in both Account Management and Business Development sales activity – a Sales Director that will coach and develop the team and truly lead the charge… sword in hand!
The Package
On offer for a new Sales Director/ Chief Revenue Officer is a competitive based salary in the region of A$200,000 – A$240,000, an uncapped and rewarding commission plan providing an additional A$100,000 per annum as a minimum for top performers.
You will be provided with excellent support from on-the-ground leadership (APAC CEO) and a Global CRO, providing you with all the tools to work to towards exciting and aggressive growth targets in the region.
