Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Technical Support Manager located in Lafayette, Louisiana. The responsibilities include managing support tickets, providing timely technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. You will be troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of water treatment products, including but not limited to electrochlorination systems.
