SUMMARY:

The MarCom Manager reports to the Head of Marketing. The position is responsible for the execution of sales and marketing events, the creation and placement of advertising and promotions, as well as being responsible for CRM systems administration functions. The position is additionally responsible for social media outlets and marketing data analysis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Execute the marketing department’s vision for trade shows, conferences and sales events including exhibits, lodging, transportation, booth events, business meetings, customer/dealer appreciation events.
• Research venues, suppliers, and contractors, and then negotiate prices. Responsible for creating and implementing an event plan, arranging logistics, and handling any issues that may arise during the event.

• Promote selected products and services during events.
• Ensure prompt processing of marketing-related vendor invoices.
• Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
• Coordinate and manage demo inventory relating to company events and customer evaluations.
• Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
• Facilitate advertising of company and products/services in various media
• Maintain company websites.
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
• Responsible for collection, recording and reporting of leads and lead follow up activity.
• Responsible for maintaining Wordpress, Marketo, Google Analytics, and any other current communications software and produce regular reports on metrics.
• CRM Super-user responsible to become the internal expert on D365 CRM. Transfer this knowledge to other users, help identify bugs, errors, and inefficient workflows and suggest solutions. Helps users adopt the new system.
• Manages data integrity in D365 CRM upon migration from Sugar.
• Provides initial training and continuous training for sales and marketing staff on use and best practices for CRM documentation.
• Creates, maintains, improves, and distributes CRM-driven sales and marketing reporting as requested.
• Seeks continuous improvement and optimization of sales/marketing CRM platform by soliciting feedback from sales and marketing personnel and driving change with global CRM counterparts.
• In coordination with Marketing and PR and Communications director managers social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
• Support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree major marketing or sales or equivalent experience.

• 5-7 years of marketing-related experience.
• Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant responsibilities.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of company trade show events.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Strong creative, analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communications and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Willing to travel over weekends and holidays, primarily in US (20% - 30%) and occasional international travel.
