You will work with our team and other sales members to deliver a seamless and integrated sales and customer service experience to consumers directly across our client portfolio. Provide high-quality service to each of our customers directly through face to face interactions to personalize their needs in our services
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Efficiently handle daily customer transactions, sales orders, and inquiries with precision and speed, ensuring timely service
Research, follow-up and resolve customer inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, customers, and product specialists
Communicates clearly with staff in a timely and professional manner
Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate to our sales team and product partners in order to close or provide advice to the client
Verify and maintain quality to improve customer retention and sales revenue
Essential Skills of the Customer Service and Sales Manager:
Clear verbal communication skills
Prior experience is in customer service, sales or related fields dealing with the general public is an asset preferred
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment, and to utilize all available tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
Business acumen in the marketing and client relations field is preferred
Understand and comply with applicable regulations and standard operational procedures
Ensure that all sales transactions are executed properly and meet compliance guidelines
