To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as a Assistant Community Manager. TCS certifications are a plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Property Manager
- Must have 3 years Tax Credit Experience
- TCS certification is a plus!
- Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
