Position Purpose:We seek a talented, passionate, and creative individual to join our Memphis ReStore team. The ReStore Marketing Manager is responsible for creating content, monitoring all social media content, and keeping current with social media technologies. The ReStore Marketing Manager will strive for maximum consumer engagement across all ReStore communication platforms and attract other influencers to raise the visibility of the ReStore’s and Habitat’s mission.

Essential Functions of Position:

• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow all ReStore social communities to increase awareness and opportunities for connection
• Craft engaging content that aligns ReStore inventory, volunteer activities, and special events with revenue.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages
• Create and maintain social media campaigns to drive traffic to ReStore sites
• Content Creation:
• Work collaboratively with the ReStore Senior Leadership and Graphic Designer to create in-store signage and announcements
• Coordinate content needs and suggestions across the team
• Draft communications across digital channels such as blogs, posts, forms, and emails
• In-Store Branding & Events
• Lead staging efforts for optimal photography and promotional purposes
• Ensure sales templates and in-store announcements are in line with HFHGM branding guidelines
• Create and maintain store sale signage across both sites
• Coordinate special events including: ReStore birthday sales, networking events, open houses, holiday events, etc
• Loyalty Program and Customer Communication:
• Create and maintain ReStore shopper “Loyalty Program” through existing ReStore POS.
• Produce and manage sales communication through text platform to increase Restore foot traffic and engagement
• Work closely with our development and communications teams to maintain a clean and optimized database
• Collaboration:
• Be an active member of the ReStore team.
• Regularly report out and solicit feedback from the team on current and future work
• Support the Volunteer Engagement team by leading volunteers in store preparation and group activities when needed
• Attend fundraising and networking events to cultivate donors, volunteers, etc.
• Work closely with other teams to coordinate online marketing efforts to support their goals.

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum three years experience in social media and/or digital marketing or a related field required; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Familiarity with the basics of photography and video

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a retail and warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh up to 50 pounds with help. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. A standard work week is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Saturday and evening work may be required as job duties demand.
