Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Phoenix, Az (hybrid 3 days/week onsite)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Proficiency in Java JSON, HTML5, JavaScript, Unix Shell Scripting.
- 3 years of experience in system automations and AI operations systems.
- Experience in production support or operations.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and application performance monitoring.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
- Knowledge of security principles, especially authentication and cyber security.
