Role: Java Developer (Mid-Senior Level)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $70K - $150K depending on experience benefits package

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain large-scale enterprise applications and tools.

- Design, prototype, and code software solutions.

- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of runtime systems.

- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and issue troubleshooting.

- Develop framework components and standards for enterprise applications.

- Ensure the reliability and performance of payment infrastructure.

- Perform proactive monitoring, incident response, and collaborate with development teams.

- Optimize network architecture for resilience, fault tolerance, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in a distributed environment, Development Operations, or SRE.
• Experience in designing mission-critical, highly available enterprise applications using Java/GoLang.
• Proficiency in performance testing, tuning Java applications, and managing relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, BMC, and Prometheus.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), SOA design principles, and performance optimization.
• Strong skills in design, data structures, algorithms, and analytical/debugging.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and containerization technologies.
• Strong background in payment processing and the ability to liaise between SRE, development, Product Owners, and other teams.
