Role: Principal QA Engineer

Location: Philadelphia, PA, USA (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and validation of software products or services.
• Identify and report bugs or issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Improve testing processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
