- Operational Management:
- Oversee the sorting, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure compliance with postal regulations and company policies.
- Monitor workflow and adjust processes to optimize productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of mail volume, processing times, and other metrics.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure mail is processed correctly.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to mail processing errors.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve mail-related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail to recipients.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep up-to-date with postal regulations and ensure compliance.
- Report and document any accidents or incidents.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in management or logistics preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, mail processing or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a divers team.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in suing logistics and inventory management software.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- $40,000.00 Annually
