Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Analytics to lead our analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the analytics strategy for our consumer web products, ensuring data-driven insights guide our product development and business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, drive growth, and optimize the user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall analytics strategy for our consumer web products, aligning with business goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks and processes to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and other teams to identify key metrics, set performance benchmarks, and provide actionable insights. Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to uncover user behavior patterns, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize product features. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, and maintain compliance with relevant data privacy regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or Advanced Degrees highly preferred Proven experience (7 years) in analytics, data science, or a related role, with a focus on consumer web products. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams. Proficiency in analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Google Analytics). Deep understanding of web analytics, user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and growth metrics. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies is a plus.
