The Opportunity

The Tax Director, a senior leadership role within our firm, holds a multi-faceted position responsible for the efficient management and direction of the tax department. Acting as a key player, the Tax Director provides expert tax planning, compliance, and strategic advice to clients, ensuring the department's overall efficiency and profitability. This entails building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading client meetings on complex tax matters, and

staying abreast of evolving tax laws. Oversight of complex tax returns, resolution of controversies and audits, team management, and fostering a collaborative work environment are integral components. The Tax Director is also tasked with quality assurance, implementing industry best practices, participating in business development to expand the firm's tax services, and contributing to budgeting and financial management. Regulatory compliance, addressing potential issues promptly, and commitment to continuous professional development further
