Designs, develops, reviews comprehensive test plans, procedures, and test protocols to evaluate the design per specifications. Lead the team to execute,reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test protocols. Designs and develop automation frameworks and strategies as required by the function. Provides assessment to engineers, technical lead and adjusts plan as required. Compiles data and defines changes required in test equipment, procedures, processes, methods, or new testing requirements.Performs data analysis and documentation of test results. Refines and enhances the usage of various test management and requirement management tools used in various programs. A candidate should have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline along with 5 years or more experience with medical device development and verification of integrated software and electro-mechanical systems.
