Join the Haga Kommer team as an Accounting Intern, in the tax department, at our Fargo office and be part of a leading firm of Certified Public Accountants and business advisors. We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to assist in serving our clients and join our Fargo tax team.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of corporate, partnership, individual, trust or estate tax returns.

· Help with organization of financial information for tax purposes.

· Support the tax team with administrative tasks and client communications.

· Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

· Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your tax knowledge.

· Corresponding with taxing authorities regarding tax notices

Qualifications

· Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax law.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Job Type: Full-Time (January – April, 2025)

· Fargo, ND office.

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
