**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for auto-related work and possess mechanical knowledge to support the daily operations of our shop.

**Duties:**

- Assist in prep work, vehicle maintenance, checking parts in, moving vehicles to designated area and auto restoration projects

- Support mechanics with tasks related to auto painting, detailing and body work.

- Operate power tools and equipment under supervision

- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move parts and equipment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop environment

**Requirements:**

- Experience or interest in auto shop duties, dealership, auto restoration, or vehicle maintenance

- Mechanical knowledge to assist with various tasks in the shop

- Ability to handle power tools and equipment safely

- Capacity for heavy lifting and physical work

- Detail-oriented approach to tasks
