**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Manage Sales Strategy and Execution:** Manage sales strategy and execution to drive new business and sales experience. Plan, develop, coordinate and maintain relationships with local businesses to gain referrals, including but not limited to hospitals, cancer centers, community outreach, local publications, salon referrals, events, charity associations, cold calling and cross promotions. Guide marketing partners in necessary social media marketing and promotional needs to drive new client acquisition to drive lead, show rates.

**Achieve New Business Sales**: Achieve New Business sales volume and revenue goals. Drive organizational growth and profitability. Conduct in-person and virtual consultations.

**Lead Image Consultants**: Manage Image Consultants including recruiting, interviewing, selecting, onboarding, developing, engaging, performing and career advancement. Coach consultants to drive high performing behaviors to drive organizational performance.

**Drive and Manage Sales Experience:** Manage and collaborate with key Center stakeholders to ensure a seamless Member onboarding experience.

**Assess, analyze and action on key performance indicators (KPIs)/trends:**. Responsible for meeting monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to budgeted client acquisitions, retail sales budgets and review reports on sales activity and maintain accurate records for all leads and clients

Perform other reasonable duties as required

**MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION:**

* Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads

* Work with Center Managers to drive new business

* Manage Image Consultants to drive new business

* Collaborate with Member Care Specialist for seamless Member onboarding

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Bachelor in Business or Communications preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

* 3 years of management experience in related field

* 2 years of outside development sales, salon/beauty industry preferred

* Relevant sales and long-term client relationship experience

* Experience with profit and loss statements (P&L)
