Halbert Construction Services is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help run our growing number of projects.

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of building processes, practices, and techniques in commercial building construction
• Understanding of contract, plans, and specifications
• Familiarity with job-costing, scheduling, and estimating
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, software (AHJ’s), and subcontractors to ensure an exceptional experience
• Understand and implement the essential goals of the client
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other construction industry specific software
• Have an ability to work effectively in a team environment and open office concept
• Excel at problem solving with the ability to identify problems and provide solutions

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Working collaboratively with clients, building consultants, architects, AHJ’s, and subcontractors, to provide the highest quality construction project for the client
• Conduct and participate in safety inspections and observations while in the field
• Review Contract Documents to ensure proper safety systems are included in buyout
• Refining template scopes of work for project specific requirements
• Selecting qualified bids and solicitating new bidders; Sending out Invitations to Bid
• Receiving, analyzing, and awarding scopes of work
• Preparing subcontract agreements for processing
• Processing RFI’s, submittals, ASI’s SSI’s and other design directives
• Implementing owner requested Construction Change Directives and quality control features
• Processing, analyzing, and distributing Subcontractor change orders
• Resolving contractual discrepancies and disputes
• Reviewing and approving Subcontractor payment application
• Administering project budgets with operations
• Participate in client development interviews and meetings
• Set up job sites with proper resources needed for a successful project
• Partner with superintendent to keep project on schedule and in budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
