To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking Finishers on 2nd shift to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to the Finishing Department and bring a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to a dedicated, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

• Shade and finish high-grade furniture to the desired color and finish.
• Troubleshoot and clean finishing equipment to assure proper working condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Work independently.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Finishing experience preferred but not required.
