What’s the program? 什么是HSF Trainee项目？
This is a 3-year management trainee program aiming to prepare the path for young talents towards future managers or technical expertise roles within Haleon. Our long-term goal is to build a solid and continuous talent pipeline for site and QSC China. In this program, you will have the opportunity to rotate among different functions of Supply Chain, collaborate with various teams, and develop a robust career foundation. You will also be highly exposed to senior site leadership team, given customized personal development path, and supported continuously by a designated mentor and HR team to assist you realizing your potential and advance your career.

Role responsibilities and tasks:岗位职责及工作任务：

• Understand different functions and roles in supply chain operation
• Understand the role of supply chain in getting our products to market and customers
• Facilitate daily manufacturing activities and meet production targets
• Enhance the understanding for manufacturing processing, which includes process robustness studies, process improvement initiation, trials, and process validations
• Drive innovation and process optimization, including process yield, cycle time and productivity improvement projects
• Work on a range of different products and technologies, including bulk manufacturing, granulation, compression, and packaging, etc.
• Support automation and digitalization project implementation
• Conduct good cross-functional communication and collaboration
• Build solid foundation on safety, quality and compliance

• 协助日常生产活动，并实现生产目标
