Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management: Implement regular website SEO improvements, focusing on local SEO results and on-page optimization
• Website Optimization: Regularly update websites to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
• Email Marketing: Create, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns targeting our existing customer database.
• Online Reviews: Oversee and enhance our online review collection efforts.
• Social Media Management: Manage all social media communications, accelerate the company's social media presence, and create regular postings with engaging graphics.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop new marketing ideas and campaigns, presenting them with thorough metrics including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Reporting: Provide weekly status reports, demonstrating an analytical approach to tracking progress and success.
• Content Management: Maintain a consistent content calendar, including blog posts and other content marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Analytical Mind: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to create detailed reports and analyze metrics.
• SEO Expertise: Proven experience in SEO, particularly local SEO, with a solid understanding of on-page and off-page optimization.
