Haley Marketing is looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you'll be creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop strategic ad campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive ROI. Your expertise will help clients maximize their online presence and achieve measurable business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn. Coordinate with writers and designers to create world-class ad creative. Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids and strategies to improve results. Ensure on-time delivery for all project deliverables. Develop monthly reports that clearly illustrate the results we are delivering. Consult with clients to maximize the value of their marketing investments and ensure their goals are being met. Earn four- or five-star reviews from your clients.
What We RequireEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, especially for clients with small monthly ad spend. INTELLIGENCE: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
RESPONSIBILITY: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
CARING: Track record of building strong client relationships.
COMMUNICATION: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas and strategies.
TECH SKILLS: Highly competent with Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and SEO tools.
BONUS CREDIT!
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification).
