Project Engineer (EIT) – Public Works - Lubbock, TXHalff has an immediate opening for a Public Works EIT in Lubbock, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering experience with a focus in public works in the consulting industry and/or experience working with, or for, public sector clients. The successful candidate should have CADD experience (Microstation or AutoCAD Civil 3D) and understand basic design principles. We will provide oversight and mentorship to further advance the candidates career development. The candidate should demonstrate ownership and eagerness to learn and develop.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar studies
- Preferred 3-4 years of experience in public works project delivery with EIT in the State of TX, will also consider 1-2 years of experience with a P.E. license
- Ability to manage a project tasks, and supervise technical staff
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success.
