ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?Your day is a dynamic blend of project management and hands-on tax work. It kicks off with a deep dive into your assigned clients and their unique tax projects. You're like a detective, sizing up the scope, setting timelines, and figuring out what resources you'll need.
You take the lead on each project, making sure all the important tasks are checked off and deadlines stay sacred. You're not just a solo act; you collaborate closely with clients, gathering their crucial info and docs. And when the situation calls for it, you tag in your internal squad for backup.
You handle everything from prepping business returns like 1065 to scrutinizing tax returns for any slip-ups or ways to make things smoother. Sometimes, you're right there in the trenches, working on tax returns.
