DAY-TO-DAY

As our Office Admin - Customer Service Rep, you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service between our skilled technicians and valued customers. Your quick response to inquiries, efficient appointment scheduling, and meticulous record-keeping showcase your professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. With a friendly demeanor and proactive approach, you address customer concerns promptly, representing our company with pride. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR OFFICE ADMINS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to quickly learn our intricate software system
• Previous experience as a customer service representative would be a plus

SCHEDULE

This full-time role as an Office Admin - Customer Service Rep operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with extended hours (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM) during peak heating and cooling seasons. Opportunities for overtime are available during these busy periods.
