Hall Implement Co. is Hiring a Sales Professional Near Windham, ME

Hall Implement Company, Southern Maine’s only independent John Deere dealer since 1961, is seeking a candidate to fill a Sales Professional position at our dealership in Windham, Maine.

The IDEAL candidate should excel with customer service, be a fast and eager learner, self-motivated, quickly retain info, and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.

Duties would include (but are not limited to)

Representing Hall Implement Co and John Deere as a product knowledge expert.

Greeting customers and qualifying them with their equipment needs in person, phone and via email.

Making recommendations on the appropriate product to meet those needs.

Demonstrating equipment.

Providing customers with timely and accurate quotes.

Guiding customers throughout the purchasing process.

Completing all necessary paperwork.

(Occasional parts counter help when needed)

We would love to have somebody on board who has previous sales experience, especially in another John Deere or competitive manufacturer dealership setting, however we are definitely willing to train the right person. We will also consider people who filled another role at a dealership who could make a good fit for sales here with us.

Benefits include company sponsored health, vision and dental insurance plans, 401k saving with company match, paid time off and more. Pay range $22-26 per hour, based on previous experience, and performance bonuses.
