Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Engineer at HALL Park Hotel. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's engineering department. This includes managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising a team of engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in building systems and engineering
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
