Job Duties And QualificationsUnder general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience. Undergraduate degree may be substituted for experience. Without an undergraduate degree 2 years related experience is required.
