Description

Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new employees through our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, setting up employee profiles, and assisting with paperwork.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of onboarding materials and resources.
  • Track and report on the progress of new hire onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the onboarding process.

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of onboarding best practices and trends.
  • Experience with the Paycom platform and payroll/benefits experience preferred.
