$500 Sign on bonus! The Truck Loader position is a 2nd shift. Assignment will start as a Truck Loader and be moved do a different opening after peak season. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm. This position will be required to work at all Hallmark facilities.

At the completion of this temp to hire assignment, you will be offered a full-time position within our Order Processing department or you can apply to other available positions at that time.

As a Truck Loader, you will:

• Combine orders by stacking cartons onto conveyors or pallets
• Be on the move – you’ll be moving your entire shift.
• Work overtime when it is required (you can complete overtime hours when it works for your schedule.)
• Be bending, stooping, and lifting frequently every day.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Ability to constantly stand, walk, push/pull, and reach above shoulder level
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds constantly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse/distribution experience
• Previous order processing/pick and pull experience. (If you don’t have order picker experience, that’s okay!)
• Strong concentration skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to rapidly read and process numeric information.
