Job Summary : Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation and execution of all menu items assigned to their station. Those who wish to excel will also take responsibility to be aware of the preparation and execution of their teammates’ menu items - we succeed only as a team! Additional responsibilities include taking ownership of organization, and safe food handling and cleaning practices.
