Title: ERP System Analyst

Reports to: VP, Information Technology

Primary Location: Virtual/NYC Metro area

Halo Dream, Inc. is hiring an ERP Analyst to support the expanding technology needs of the business. The person in this role will support performance, installation, modifications and development of programs and applications of a complex nature for Halo Dream users globally.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain a healthy infrastructure of the Microsoft NAV database and application servers including daily maintenance, implementations, configurations and updates to existing and new systems
• Oversee NAV Add-ons/integrations which include: Sana E-commerce, Avalara, ChargeLogic – US and Canada, SPS Commerce EDI, Adobe commerce and Shopify
• Provide first and second level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Navision globally with internal and external resources.
• Administer new user accounts, roles and overall security – NAV and SQL related
• Setup of customers and item master data base per regional requirements
• Research and resolve accounting-level and transaction issues
• Implement and on-board new EDI connections with warehouses and customers.
• Work with stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather requirements to understand business processes and identify gaps
• Develop and conduct training documentation and sessions for end users to ensure the users are proficient in using the ERP System.
• Identify areas for process optimization and streamline with the adoption of best practices in ERP Usage and configurations
• Ensure accuracy of the data within the ERP system.
• Developing and maintaining the reporting tools for the organization utilizing compatible and user-friendly reporting tools (Jet Reports, Adaptive)
• Manage integrations of the ERP system with other business systems and applications including 3PL warehouses.
• Document the scope for API and other integrations for integration with third party systems and development needs.
• Coordinate projects with clear communication to ensure they are completed within scope, on time and budget.

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 4-6 years’ experience working in an ERP environment, with a minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central.
• Experience with multi-platform integrations, standard database, word processing, report generations and similar microcomputer software.
• Proven experience in data mapping, extraction, and transformation activities.
• Understanding of basic accounting, statistical and business administration.
• Microcomputer programming principles, techniques and procedures for administrative and business applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, IIS, forms and documentation design techniques.
• Ability to train technical and non-technical users on new or upgraded applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and self-starter skills to navigate in a small organization.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual workplace.
• Strong communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly across all levels.

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and incentive plan. The base salary hiring range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
