Title: Administrative Assistant - Land Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Position is hybrid; 3 days remote and 2 days at office

Halo is seeking a hybrid, Administrative Assistant/Land Technician due to our increased clientele!

Responsibilities

  • Prepares general, routine correspondence for others’ signature;
  • Assists Landmen in with procedures and preparation of contracts, oil and gas leases, assignments, agreements, reports, spreadsheets, lease purchase reports and other applicable documents;
  • Reviews invoices and circulate for approvals;
  • Assists in preparation of weekly and monthly reports
  • Completes title research and curative as directed by Landmen;
  • Maintaining internal records including organization and date entry
  • Performs general office administration tasks such as scanning, printing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, supplies inventory, and office equipment maintenance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational
  • Uncompromised attention to details and accuracy
  • High School Diploma required, applicable degree preferred
  • 2-3 years administrative experience preferred
  • 1 year oil and gas experience preferred
