Duties
- Greet, check in, verify patient information in system and able to float in the back office for clinical duties
- Enter patient demographics in system
- Insurance Verifications
- Answer telephone Calls, Schedule appointments
- Request/Gather all necessary data for each patient medical records (i.e. hospital/referring physician office/radiology and or lab records)
- Authorizations and referrals
