Description

HALO is looking for a Collections Representative to join our high-growth company. You will focus on the following daily responsibilities:

  • Collect on assigned invoices and reconcile customer accounts
  • Extensive telephone/e-mail contact with customers regarding past-due invoices
  • Determine write-offs (month end and small amount)
  • Make recommendations to Supervisor for collection of past due accounts
  • Correspond with assigned Sales team members (Account Executives)
  • Work with HALO customers and their Sales team member (Account Executive) on monthly statement review
  • Email reprinted and adjusted invoices as needed
  • Enter notes in system on all invoices where appropriate
  • Provide backup to other Collections Representatives and Client Forms as needed
  • Research returned mail and bank correspondence (i.e., short- & over-payments)

Requirements

  • 1 years of Collections, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Deadline-oriented, organized, good time management, and detail oriented
  • Effective oral/written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills are important daily tasks
  • Flexible, team player and able to partner with all levels of management
  • Available to work overtime when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred
