We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic new sales plans to meet company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve specific targets
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer and manage dealers' relationships
- Promote the Company’s existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
- Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that the sales team meets goals.
- Maintain relationships with clients by making regular contact, understanding their needs, and anticipating new market opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills:
- Sales, mathematics, business administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Proven experience in technical sales, customer service, account management, and business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce, M1 or similar CRM software
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to manage a high-performing sales team
- Knowledge of technology sales trends and practices
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Plan and develop promotional materials needed for sales presentations or trade shows.
- Arrange for direct delivery and installation of products.
- Supervise sales and marketing team.
- Knowledge of operating a skid steer.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the Company’s marketing goals.
