Halvik is looking for a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sr. Proposal Manager to lead our proposal team. The Sr. Proposal Manager will work closely with Account Managers, Capture Managers, Executive Leadership, and other proposal staff (coordinators, graphics, pricing, contracts) to respond to Defense and Civilian Federal pre- and final RFP responses as well as follow-up clarifications, EN, IFN, BAFO, etc. notices.
