A friendly and fast-paced Home Care Agency is seeking a highly organized and personable full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Brooklyn office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, caregivers, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in both English and Spanish. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere in our office. Join us in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our community.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, caregivers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
• Assist with HHA/PCA applications, including initial screening and coordination.
• Manage and process employee benefits inquiries and documentation.
• Support HR coordinators with various projects and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Front desk or costumer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
