Currently hiring for a Full Time Evening 3pm-11pm Charge Registered Nurse (RN)! We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic candidate to join our exceptional team of caregivers! Transforming traditional "nursing homes" into skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities is the focus at Hamilton Arms Center. We are fully committed to providing compassionate, family-oriented short and long-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities of the Charge Nurse (RN):

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short and long term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Requirements of the Charge Nurse (RN):

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Active Multi State Compact License (for out of state nurses or nurses relocating)
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
