We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. If you are a multilingual individual with a knack for sales and enjoy analyzing customer needs, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide customer service via phone and email
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or promote new products/services
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to increase sales opportunities
**Requirements:**
- Proficient in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to analyze and meet customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in sales or upselling preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
