Description
We are looking for an experienced receptionist/legal assistant who can help the busy attorneys and paralegals at our law office assist our clients. You will be responsible for helping manage office correspondence and duties, including answering phone calls and emails, arranging meetings and travel, and ensuring our legal team is aware of upcoming deadlines.

Responsibilities
•Answer phones and emails in a professional, warm, and friendly manner and ensure the messages are given to the appropriate department for any action items
•Communicating with clients including greeting clients for their appointments, seeing that they are comfortable and providing their requested beverage orders before their appointment
•Creating and filling out client forms
•Working with the team to meet deadlines
•Work with attorneys and paralegals to generate various legal documents
•Help with administrative tasks and office correspondence
Qualifications
•Candidates should have strong organizational skills and communication skills
•1-2 years of prior experience in a law firm environment as a secretary or administrative assistant
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
•Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products
