Hamilton-Ryker Solutions is Hiring a 2nd shift Customer Service Coordinator Near Georgetown, KY

What you’ll do :

  • Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers
  • Data entry of all activity from drivers logistics tracking system
  • Track and confirm all logistics partners within the supply chain as defined meet their scope of work, and expectations.
  • Confirm compliance of handling
  • Handle variance reports for client assembly plants and their suppliers supporting the communication scope as defined.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, OTR drivers, Partner Carriers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed timely and correctly.
  • Overtime as needed
  • Saturday work as needed based on our customers work schedule

What we need from you :

  • Must be atleast 18 years of age or over
  • Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy
  • 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch experience preferred
  • Requires excellent data entry skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs : Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
