Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient care in various settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, and acute care facilities. This role involves working with patients across different age groups and conditions, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and orthopedics.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and preventive measures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Arkansas state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum 2 years recent experience
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
-American Heart BLS Certification
