The Sales Coordinator assists the Area Director of Sales in all sales activities and is responsible for performing administrative tasks related to renting meeting space and facilitating group reservations. RESPONSIBILITIES:* Respond to all incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.*Execute contracts for meeting space and group reservations.* Maintain sales activity documentation in Delphi.* Monitor cut off dates, enter rooming lists and conduct courtesy calls for groups.* Conduct site tours.* Process charges for meeting room events.* Respond to Hotel Planner, Meeting Broker and other event lead sites as required.* Assist with set up and tear down of meeting room events.SKILLS:* Excellent Communicator* Independent/ Self Reliant in setting priorities and determining objectives.* Experience preferred with computer systems such as Delphi and event lead sites such as Meeting Broker/ Hotel Planner.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.50 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSupplemental pay types:Gratuity
