We're working with several clients across Wisconsin in the Biotech & Pharma industry. Amongst other roles, they are currently looking for Automation Maintenance Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians on a 12 month contract basis with options for extension and C2H.

Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities are subject to the seniority of the position, but key factors are listed below:

• Proficiency with Allen Bradley RS Logic 5000 is advantageous.
• Associates degree in electrical or mechanical maintenance-related field; or high school diploma or general education degree and 2 years of experience in lieu of Associates degree.
• Experience in regulated Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance, including familiarity with PLC, VFDs, and other industrial controls for diagnosing different types of manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical manuals.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of equipment failure or optimize equipment performance.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision, being self-motivated, accurate, and diligent.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a quickly changing work environment with rapidly changing needs and requests.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
