What we do?

This role will be working as part of the Financial Services Contracts Team in New York. We solve complex talent related challenges for our clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 clients. We will help accelerate your business transformation through our talent solutions

What you will do as Recruitment Consultant:

  • Support and lead the build out of a team of specialized FS contracts recruiters, being a recruiting business partner and subject matter expert
  • Be responsible for full desk recruitment for our contract positions, increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts, sourcing and identifying talent with requisite skill sets
  • Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, culture, projects, hiring cycles, and build a strong influential customer relationship
  • Offer recommendations and educate clients and candidates of current talent market conditions
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Contracts and the Executive Director to build out operations and strategy for organization
  • Manage contractor finish dates and build redeployment plans
  • Mentor, coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team
  • Assist in achieving weekly placement goals.
