Currently searching for a Director and Head of Analytics for the Fair Lending Program of a very innovative consumer bank based here in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, management and implementation of statistical and modeling technologies to ensure the firm's models, processes, policies and products are fair, as outlined by the CFPB, OCC and FDIC, primarily
• Possess extensive experience in Fair Lending-related model testing (variable/feature proxy testing, less-discriminatory alternative searches, statistical model proxy testing, etc.)
• Create and implement analytics procedures as they relate to Fair Lending, while ensuring analyses are conducted timely and accurately to mitigate Fair Lending risks across the firm's products and partners
• Advise on emerging Fair Lending risks and / issues to ensure compliance regulatory requirements are maintained
• Possess knowledge of Fair Lending / Fair Banking-related laws, rules and regulations including but not limited to; ECOA, FHA and UDAAP
• 8 years of experience within statistic, quantitative finance, or a related quants field - strong preference as it pertains to Fair Lending and / or Fair and Responsible Banking
