Duties include:

• Schedule Maintenance Calls: Efficiently manage and schedule maintenance calls to ensure timely service for our customers.
• Dispatch Coordination: Oversee the dispatch of technicians, ensuring they have all necessary information for their service calls.
• Customer Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with customers regarding the status of their maintenance and service calls.
• Volume Tracking: Track monthly volume of maintenance customers and ensure accurate data entry of service agreements.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that all information entered by field technicians is accurate and complete.

Requirements:

• Prior dispatch coordination or scheduling maintenance calls is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience using software such as Google Maps
• Polished and professional in both presentation and demeanor
