Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and empathetic Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Greet and assist families and visitors with empathy and respect, addressing their needs.
• Assist in planning and coordinating funeral services and other events.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or office assistant experience. Prior experience in a funeral home setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
