- Provide second level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals for employees.
- Assists management in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the department.
- Provides excellent customer service to all levels of employees including customers, peers, and leadership.
- Creates, follows, maintains and updates as necessary documentation and checklists to ensure efficiency and consistency.

- 4 years of technical support experience
- Ability to travel to other sites and work after hours when needed.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

- Experience with M365, Windows Server and Desktop OS’s, VMWare ESX, Horizon View, HyperV, Azure, InTune, and SQL Server.
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
- Asset management, deploying, implementing, and managing 3rd party antivirus/anti-malware software.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance preferred.
