We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Process reservations and payments accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with other hotel operations as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
